Barbera Le Soste di Ulisse Extra Virgin Olive Oil 500ml

This PGI Extra virgin olive oil from Sicily is the result of a collaboration with the best Chefs Restaurant Association “Le Soste di Ulisse”. It is obtained by selecting the best olives varieties from of the “Valli Siciliane”.

Biancolilla and Nocellara are varieties with distinctive features for density, colour, aroma and taste, well exalted in this oil. The result is a fruity oil full of hints of green fruit, spices and a light almond aftertaste. 

When the Dalai Lama paid a visit to Sicily, this is the exact olive oil ha was served. He liked it so much that he took some with him. You know, if it's good enough for the Dalai Lama...:)
