Artisan de la Truffe Artichoke Cream with Summer Truffle 80g

A chunky spread with artichoke pieces and genuine summer truffle in olive oil. Due to its texture it works equally well spread over a piece of toast, crackers, or focaccia, as well as a flavourful dip. It can be used both cold and hot. We recommend adding a dollop of this spread to mozzarella, both in a caprese salad or as a pizza topping. Another delicious method to make the most of this cream is to incorporate it into risotto recipes.
