Made with premium beef and fresh vegetables in Santa Maria, Artés, not far from Barcelona, this broth is slow-simmered for three hours to evoke rich, savoury flavours. Vegetables and garlic are sutéed with olive oil, the beef meat and bones are roasted for two hours. They are then simmered all together at a low heat for 3 hours, with some laurel and thyme. Lovely on its own, with an egg or two poached in it, and also as a staple ingredient of Boeuf Bourgignon and other beef-based classics.

Aneto broths are free from artificial additives, preservatives, and MSG. Works wonderfully not only as a soup, but also in various stew, sauce, and risotto recipes.
