Amazake Matcha 350ml

Amazake is an alcohol free drink with a naturally sweet taste that results from rice fermentation with koji. The enzymes koji contains transform rice starch in sugar. This amazake is mixed with matcha from Shizuoka. It is a beverage with emblematic Japanese flavours that combines sweetness and sourness. 

Drink it as it is, hot or cold. Matcha amazake can also be added in smoothies or pastries such as cheese cake or jellies. Its creamy texture is perfect for lactose free and gluten free desserts.
