Albert Menes Wild Blackberry Jam 280g

Made in Albert Menes's kitchen near Nice from a puree of freshly picked wild blackberries (not concentrate), which have been chosen for their strong flavour. The blackberries are picked when fully ripe, strained and then cooked by hand by master jam makers using a copper cauldron pot. 

Perfect spread on toast, brioche or pancakes. It is a delicious topping for cottage cheese and rice pudding.
