Albert Menes Raspberry Jam Willamette 280g

Made in Provence using Willamette raspberries, chosen for their distinct flavour and stunning  dark red colour. The Willamette raspberries are picked at the beginning of the season, and are used in whole. First, they are candied and cooked for a long time by master jam makers in an open copper cauldron pot. 

Perfect spread on toast, melba toast or pancakes. It is also the key ingredient for the German specialty, the Linzer Torte.
