Albert Menes Raspberry Jam Seedless 280g

A classic product of the House of Albert Ménès which has been produced for several decades using an exclusive recipe. It is made in their kitchens near Nice from a puree of different varieties of raspberries, which have been chosen for their strong flavours. The raspberries are picked when fully ripe and are first de-seeded, strained and then cooked by hand by master jam makers  using a copper cauldron pot. The smooth and seedless texture of this jam makes it a real pleasure to enjoy.

Other than the obvious toast staple, it can also be used when baking, for a tart base or filling.
