Albert Menes Peach & Apricot Jam Organic 230g

Prepared using organic apricots and peaches which are picked when fully ripe. Sun-soaked organic fruits are first carefully washed and pitted, then cooked with organic sugar and 100% natural fruit pectin. These are the only ingredients in the recipe. During the cooking process, the traditional method of mixing the fruit in large copper maslin pans using a wooden spatula is used. The quick cooking process keeps the flavours of the slightly tangy apricots and the sweet, fragrant peaches, along with the melt-in-the-mouth texture of the fruit in tact. 

Spread on a slice of a farmhouse bread or a piece of brioche. It can be used to make a  delicious tart base, or to sweeten a fruit salad. Sunny flavour all the way!
