Albert Menes Mediterranean Spice Blend 60g

Another exclusive spice blend of the Albert Menes house - could consider it the sibling of Persaillotte. Made from vegetables which are picked at their peak of ripeness and then dehydrated. It contains no artificial flavourings, colourings or preservatives. The medley has a mild peppery taste, a naturally sweet tomato flavour and fresh basil notes. 

 

We like it best as a seasoning for roast potatoes, to spice up a vinaigrette with, as well as adding it to butter for a delicious and versatile spread or cooking base.
