Albert Ménès Provence Herbs are “Label Rouge” certified, a guarantee of superior quality and strict compliance with a specific mixture: 27% savory, 27% oregano, 27% rosemary and 19% thyme. These aromatic plants come from the Provence, with the characteristic southern climate; the sunshine, the mistral and the higher temperatures give the plants plenty of aromas. They are then harvested by a cooperative in the South of France with rich know-how, guaranteeing traceability from seed to plate. The harvest of these herbs is always done between May and September, when the plants are most loaded with essential oils. They are then rigorously selected and checked throughout their preparation.
