Albert Menes Fig de Provence Jam Organic 230g

This Extra  Fig Jam from Provence is made from organic black Bourjassotte figs from  Solliès in France. The jam is then made in an open copper cauldron pot.  Figs are harvested in the French department of Var and are chosen for their fleshy, crunchy and melt-in-the-mouth texture as well as very fragrant flavour. The fast cooking process and high fruit content in this jam locks in all the aromas and flavours of the fruit.
